With over two decades of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Colonel Aniruddha Rao HR (Retd) brings battle-tested leadership and operational experience to this programme. Having commanded an Infantry Battalion of theMaratha Light Infantry Regiment in high-altitude operations along the Line of Control and in a strategically sensitive region of Punjab bordering Jammu along the International Border, Col Rao understands the real-world challenges of military leadership firsthand.

This programme is assessment based, categorising mentees based on consistent academic record since high school — ensuring they possess the intellectual capability to clear written exams and the long-term potential for military leadership. But the vision reaches further: every mentee who passes through this programme will emerge not merely as a military aspirant, but as a principled, ethically grounded, and socially responsible citizen— equipped to lead with integrity in any walk of life.

Ten focused interactions spread over 5 weeks. Building the intellectual and psychological foundation for military leadership.

Two personal interactive sessions of 90 minutes each — deepening the mentor-mentee relationship and refining leadership outlook.

Ongoing task-based activities with structured feedback over three months — the most intensive phase of practical leadership formation.

Exclusively for mentees selected at prestigious military academies. Guides them on military career planning, growth, and long-term leadership development.
